As personal care products, GUYSTUFF items can't be returned once opened or used, same as most shower gels and cosmetics — we're not able to resell a bottle that's been through the post and back.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, that's on us. Email jamie@guystuffuk.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund. No need to send anything back.
Confirmed refunds are processed straight away and should reach your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank.
