FAQ
How fast is delivery?

Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 hour services. Order before the evening and it goes out that same evening; order later and it goes out first thing the next morning. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet, UK only for now.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If your order turns up damaged, faulty or wrong, email jamie@guystuffuk.com with your order number and a photo and I'll sort a replacement or refund. Opened or used bottles can't be returned, same as most shower gels and cosmetics.

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

It has no SLS, a pH of 5.5 and has been independently safety assessed for normal use. It is scented, though, and the fragrance allergens are listed on the label. If your skin reacts to fragrance, patch test it first.

Does it lather well?

Yes. The cleansers are plant-derived (coconut and glucose based, no SLS) and build a proper lather that rinses clean.

How long does one bottle last?

Roughly 4 - 6 weeks with daily use, depending on how generous you are. Each bottle is 300ml and fitted with a pump for easy, controlled use - no waste.

What does it smell like?

My Original scent blends dark honey and warm tobacco, warm rather than sweet, and it holds.

A proper signature scent that doesn’t scream, but doesn’t go unnoticed either.

Is this made in the UK?

Yes - Formulated and manufactured in the UK.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. GUYSTUFF® is cruelty-free and always will be.

What if I don’t like it?
